Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 large avocadoes
- 3 to 4 tbsp golden syrup, to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g cacao powder
- Cut fruit of your choice, eg berries, kiwifruit, banana
Method
- Scoop out avocado flesh and place in the food processor
- Add vanilla extract, 1/2 the syrup, and cacao powder. Blend until a smooth paste, or mash with a fork
- Check the taste and add more syrup if you like
- Spoon out the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate until serving
- Serve chilled
