Awards galore for Robertson's Pecora Dairy
At the recent Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce awards for 2023, Robertson sheep dairy Pecora Dairy took home awards in three categories – the Champion Cheese of Show, Champion Sheep, Goat or Buffalo Cheese and a place on the Royal Agricultural Society's Perpetual Australian Cheeseboard.

Pecora Dairy owners, Michael and Cressida Cains, farm ewes on 200 acres in Robertson.
The sheep are pure East Friesian and they graze on fertile pasture in a biodiverse ecosystem to produce cheese of a single provenance, made with raw milk. The Yarrawa was the first to be released and it was this cheese that won the Cheese of Show.
