This easy dinner recipe is for both lovers of spinach and cheese Gozleme and those who prefer the mince filling. It's delicious both ways, just give it a squeeze of lemon!

Ingredients
4 Lebanese wholemeal flatbreads
Baby spinach (other options in notes) 300g
Cheddar cheese 160g
Method
- Wash spinach thoroughly in a big bowl of water, pat dry or use salad spinner to drain excess water
- Grate cheese
- Turn the sandwich toaster on, place flatbread, sprinkle spinach and cheese evenly and fold in half and close the lid
- Cook until crisp and brown, cut with knife, pizza cutter or kitchen scissors
- Serve with side salad for lunch or snack
Notes
- Other ingredient options: sliced mushroom, tinned corn, cooked mincemeat, sliced cabbage, tuna, tinned beans, anything that goes well with pizza
- You can use spinach instead of baby spinach. In that case, boil the spinach and squeeze out excess water and chop finely
- Swap some of the cheese with blue or feta cheese for adults
