The annual Thirlmere Festival of Steam returns 18 & 19 March

Don't miss this unique and exciting event featuring the State's heritage steam locomotive fleet, all together in steam at one time.

See and ride behind locomotives 2705, 3265, 3526, 3801 and 6029, plus 3001 — fresh from an extensive three-year restoration.

Last year's event was a sell-out success, with record crowds and train rides sold out well in advance.

So don't delay! Tickets for steam train rides are now on sale.
