Heart and Sol, Kiama
Sol Paans has owned and operated this store for 12 years. You'll find it on the upper level of Centrepoint Arcade in Terralong Street, and it is jam-packed with organic produce, meat, wholefoods, personal care and household items. Sol partners with local growers and makers to supply the Kiama community with locally sourced products.

Flame Tree Co-op, Thirroul
A non-profit co-operative, meaning it is member owned, Flame Tree stocks fresh organic produce, bulk wholefoods and pantry items. Aside from minimal packaging, the co-op is passionate about locally sourced goods – including fresh produce, honey, eggs, bread, dairy, kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi and more. You don’t need to be a member to shop at the co-op, although your annual membership helps this valuable resource to stay afloat, as well as giving you a 10% discount on the retail price.

Owned and operated by Matt and Cindy Russell, the cafe offers wholesome dine-in and takeaway meals and drinks, including the locally roasted organic Delano coffee.
