Gemma Lloyd is a proud Dunghutti and Gumbaynggirr woman with ancestral ties to Country through her Mother and English-Welsh heritage through her Father. Now living on Dharawal Country, she brings a deeply grounded and cross-cultural perspective to everything she does. Gemma’s professional path spans business ownership, Federal Government roles, NGO partnerships, and board appointments across community-focused organisations. This diverse experience has shaped her ability to navigate complex systems while staying grounded in cultural integrity and community impact. Driven by a passion for supporting individuals and communities to thrive, Gemma combines lived experience with a strong academic foundation. She has studied at a range of institutions including Bond University, Melbourne Business School, and Cambridge University, along with various cultural arts and leadership programs. This diverse education informs her practical, thoughtful, and values-led approach. Through all her work, Gemma leads with purpose, cultural care, and a commitment to meaningful change.
