Make Raspberry Ice-Cream Pops

Who says your kids can’t have ice-cream for breakfast? Make these healthy, sugar-free and dairy-free ice creams for them to enjoy whenever they want – they’re full of fresh fruit and healthy fats. I enjoy making them on summer days to surprise my kids when they get back from school. This recipe is by far THE BEST summer snack! It makes the entire family happy!

Ingredients

400 ml coconut cream (one whole tin – just the cream – without the water)

2 large frozen bananas chopped in pieces (fresh bananas will work too)

2 cups raspberries

Preparation

1. In a blender, add the coconut cream, bananas, and raspberries and blend well until smooth.

2. Prepare the ice-cream moulds and pour in the mixture. Freeze for a few hours until firm.
