Volunteers have pulled off another fantastic Art Show at the 2024 Thirroul Seaside and Arts Festival.

Denise James,  principal of Bulli High School, opened the show at Thirroul Community Centre on Friday night, May 31. It was the first time in festival history that talented young Bulli High artists have also exhibited their work at the centre.

2024's Art Show featured more than 300 artworks, including Gabriela Ugalde's After Grief, which won the People's Choice Award.

  • Sculpture: Leonora Heaven.
  • Drawing: Lexie Watt.
  • Photography: Peta Sinclair.
  • Minis 2D 1st: Lynn Jordan.
  • Minis 2D 2nd: Oska McCarthy.
  • Minis Sculpture: Carole Forster.
  • Encouragement Award: Malcolm Brown.
  • Handler’s Award: Marc Poisson.
  • Highly Commended: Mary Wingrave, Sandra Gray, Sarah Funnell, Willow de Bruin, Daniel King & Anthea Stead.
