Last week I reported on the top 20 Australian cookbooks, as judged in a recent Guardian article. I photographed the oldest and newest books from my own collection - number 20 (The Margaret Fulton Cookbook from 1976) and number 1 (First Nations Food Companion from 2022) - and remarked on the evolution of Australian food and cooking.
