Swim Challenge makes a splash for Need a Feed
Need a Feed founder Shaz Harrison is thrilled to report that the charity raised over $13,000 in September's Swim Challenge

Need a Feed is thrilled to announce that our recent Swim Challenge event held on the 21st of September raised an incredible $13,831 to help us take a big step closer to purchasing our very own food truck.
The day was filled with fun, community spirit, and generosity. From the first lap to the last, it was a true reminder that when our community comes together, we can make waves of change.
A heartfelt thank you to our Lord Mayor, Tania Brown, the Figtree Lions Club, our incredible volunteers, Asquith Legal, Symbio Wildlife Park, and the many businesses, families, and individuals who participated and gave so generously.
This isn’t just about raising money – it’s about giving hope, dignity, and connection to people who need it most. The support from this event moves us closer to putting our food truck on the road, so we can reach more people where they are and provide not only meals but also care and connection.
The Swim Challenge showed that together, we can turn a simple splash into a ripple effect that nourishes lives, minds, and hearts across our region.
