This week I spoke to HARS Aviation Museum media officer Ian Badham about the seven wartime aircraft that took to the skies on Anzac Day. Flying in a loose trail formation from Kiama to Sydney, the aerial tribute was the largest of its kind in HARS' history.
Jennifer Rose, YWCA's Youth Frontiers Mentoring Program coordinator, tells me about their mentorship program and what it means for the young women and gender-diverse youth involved, as well as the mentors who dedicate hours of their time to help young people in Wollongong and Shellharbour. The YWCA needs to fill 40 volunteer mentor roles. Read on to find out why and how you should get involved.
