Finally, a warm sunny spring day for our open homes across the area and another mixed bunch of numbers to reflect on.
Some properties received zero to low numbers of inspections and enquiries, while others had great numbers. The trend towards renovated or new properties continued, however, premium properties in the high price ranges seemed to struggle.
Only a few sales last week across our area:
- 12 Rawson St, Coledale – price withheld
- 17 Boomerang St, Helensburgh – price withheld
Both were sold by Ray White Helensburgh after many weeks on the market. Lead agent Mattias Samuelsson was pleased to find the right buyers happy to take on the renovations of each.
