Changed conditions on Princes Motorway at Mount Ousley

Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from Monday on the Princes Motorway at Mount Ousley, as natural disaster recovery repair work is carried out.

A 500-metre section of the northbound slow lane after New Mount Pleasant Road will be closed to allow crews to carry out repairs to damage caused during severe weather events in 2022.

The lane closure will be in place between 7pm and midnight from Monday to Thursday nights from Monday 27 February to Thursday 30 March 2023, weather permitting.

Traffic control with a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
