Happy holiday Monday

Hi there,

The red and yellow flags are up! And I couldn't be happier. Although it is raining as I write this and La Niña has decided to stick around, it's still a very exciting sign that summer and warm water are just around the corner.

This week we cover beach safety with Helensburgh-Stanwell Park Surf Club and the benefits of joining your local Nippers program. I've just registered my eldest and can't wait for the season to start this month.

We also speak with Jackie Carroll, a Registered Nurse at Equilibrium Healthcare, about the importance of a partner in successful breastfeeding.
