What a difference a week can make! Last week I was seriously discussing the possibility of a snorkel with a friend, this week we're battening down the hatches and shivering under layers upon layers! Winter has well and truly arrived – even if it is early.

Things will look a little different in your inbox from next week too. The Illawarra Flame crew is winding down for winter so, from mid-May, instead of a daily newsletter, we'll be publishing a 'Best Of' local newsletter every Friday – you can sign up here.

The good news is you'll still be able to keep up to date with all of our great content via our website and in our socials – every day!

And we'll be welcoming Spring with a new exciting format!
