Hello,

This week I talk to two dynamic women with much in common, including, coincidentally, a friendship. Sarah Anderson, alongside her husband Ben, started Popes Produce in Woonona about eight years ago. With their children, Zoe and Tom, they brought to life their vision of a sustainable business.

Gerringong farmer, cook and published author Fiona Weir Walmsley talks to me about farming and cooking From Scratch, which is also the name of her new book. She, husband Adam and their three children live and work on the family farm where they practise sustainable agriculture.

Both women are passionate about cooking from scratch, living and eating sustainably, nurturing family and community, and sharing knowledge with others.

And I talk a bit about my experience with cooking from scratch.

The icing on the cake – Sarah, Fiona and I share some recipes.

Enjoy!
