Happy Wednesday!
How good is spring? I feel like a weight has lifted off my shoulders, although that may be due to all the happy-inducing wildlife I have encountered this past week. And wildflowers. So many wildflowers.
If you don't have the time or the energy to pull off a long hike, I suggest trying out Maddens Falls in Dharawal National Park. You'll get lots of wildflowers, birds and frog calls, along with a beautiful waterfall, all for about half an hour's walk there and back. And it's kid friendly too.
You could try your luck with our Bird Bingo while you're there (or on any wander this week). Each time you spot one of the birds on the bingo card, snap a photo (and this doesn't have to be an award-winning image, just a quick shot) and post to Facebook or Insta with #flamebirdbingo for your chance to win the fantastic South Coaster guidebook.
