Colourful Lion Dance celebrates Chinese New Year

Hundreds of people braved this morning's rain to enjoy a crowd-pleasing Lion Dance, held as part of Chinese New Year celebrations at the Nan Tien Temple, Berkeley.

The temple's events to mark the Year of the Rabbit started on Saturday, January 21 and will finish on February 5.The Lion Dance was scheduled to be staged twice today (Sunday, January 22), in the morning and again from 1.30-2.15pm.

Nan Tien Temple is at 180 Berkeley Road, Berkeley.
