Night work on Hume Motorway southbound at Wilton

Transport for NSW Traffic Alert: 6 FEBRUARY 2023

Motorists are advised of upcoming night work on the Hume Motorway southbound at Wilton to repair and resurface the Picton Road off ramp.

Work will be carried out for one night on Sunday 12 February between 8pm and 5am, weather permitting.

The off ramp to Picton Road will be closed during work and detours will be in place via a U turn from Avon Dam Road, or Appin Road via Campbeltown. Motorists should allow up to 15 minutes additional travel time.

Due to maintenance work on Picton Road, motorists travelling between Wollongong and the Hume Motorway will be detoured via the M1 Princes Motorway, Mount Ousley Road and Appin Road, and should allow up to 20 minutes additional travel time.
