Many of the newer listings are sellers looking to upsize or downsize within the area, so many agents are busy trying to find them their next home at the same time as selling their existing home.
A waterfront sale last week of note at 169-171 Lawrence Hargrave Dr, Austinmer. Sold for $4,305,000 by Adam McMahon at Dignam Real Estate. The home was last sold for $2,000,000 in 2015, so not a bad return for the owner!
