Rates up, buyers remain spoilt for choice

There were only two sales over the past week and more listings arrived so buyers are even more spoilt for choice in our market. Listings went from 74 this time last week to 79 at the present time.

Meanwhile, the two properties that sold were:

767 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Coledale – sold prior to auction by Ian Pepper from Ray White Helensburgh. Price not disclosed as requested by the owner.

489 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Wombarra – $2,800,000 sold by Ron Kissell from Ray White Helensburgh.

The Wombarra property sold for $2.8 million

Interest rate talk is occupying buyers’ minds, with the November 1 rate hike of 0.25% taking the Reserve Bank's cash rate target to 2.85%.
