There were only two sales over the past week and more listings arrived so buyers are even more spoilt for choice in our market. Listings went from 74 this time last week to 79 at the present time.
Meanwhile, the two properties that sold were:
767 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Coledale – sold prior to auction by Ian Pepper from Ray White Helensburgh. Price not disclosed as requested by the owner.
489 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Wombarra – $2,800,000 sold by Ron Kissell from Ray White Helensburgh.
