Finally, a sunny Saturday and more buyers out and about at open homes in our area. Despite interest rates going up another 0.5% (as predicted) a bunch of sales also went through in the area, showing that there still are buyers around.

A few of these properties took longer than usual to sell and the eventual selling price was lower than initial guides. There are early signs of a market in decline and with the number of properties currently still for sale in the area there will be more pressure on prices yet to come.
