Hello, Wednesday readers

Happy Wednesday!

This week, I've focused on wet weather, I'm sure you understand why. We'll look at three places that shine in the rain, some wildlife webcams so you can get your nature fix while indoors, as well as looking at the bioluminescence spotted off Wollongong this week, which also tends to pop up after rain.

Emma from Growing Illawarra Natives introduces us to the native Storksbill plant, which I had never heard of before! And I detail one of the many ways I have made a fool of myself when photographing the Australian White Ibis.

If you get time this week, I recommend dropping into the Wollongong Botanic Garden for a look at their serpent shape display of native paper daisies. It's beautiful and the insects are loving it!

Until next week,

I'll see you outdoors,

Amanda
