Morning Wednesday readers,

I spent several hours this week indulging in a little forest bathing, wandering around Mt Keira Ring Track (a teeny, tiny section of it) and around Mt Keira Summit Park. If you've only visited the lookout, I write about the walking tracks around Summit Park and suggest one for a bit of a 'weekday wander'.

In the plant world, Emma introduces us to the Two-flowered Aneilema, a sweet little shade-loving native groundcover, while Merilyn points out the dangers of the Japanese Sacred Bamboo and gives suggestions on what can be planted in its place.

Until next week,

Amanda
