This Thursday, August 31, marks Cancer Council’s Daffodil Day fundraiser.

Each year, thousands of Australians dress in yellow, attend a fundraising event, buy daffodils or make a donation to Cancer Council to fund vital cancer research.

Last year, Daffodil Day alone raised close to $2.5 million for Cancer Council – the largest non-government funder of cancer research in Australia – leading to advancements in cancer prevention, screening and treatments.

If you’re looking to buy a bunch of the iconic golden blooms this Daffodil Day in solidarity with the 150,000 Australians diagnosed with cancer each year, we’ve compiled a list of locations where you can grab your bouquet. But florists suggest you get in quick, as they’re sure to be in high demand!
