Traffic Alert: Road closures on Bulli Pass, Picton Road delays

Motorists are advised Bulli Pass will be closed for two nights next week for maintenance work to be carried out.
Work will include road repairs and resurfacing, maintaining signs, vegetation and safety barriers, clearing gutters and drains, and litter collection to improve safety for motorists.
Bulli Pass will be closed in both directions between Lawrence Hargrave Drive and the M1 Princes Motorway between 8pm and 4am on Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 November, weather permitting.
During work, detours will be in place via either Lawrence Hargrave Drive or the M1 Princes Motorway and Memorial Drive, depending on origin and destination.
Motorists are advised to allow an additional 20 minutes’ travel time, drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.

Changed traffic conditions on Picton Road between Almond Street, Wilton and the M1 Princes Motorway
Motorists are advised of upcoming changed traffic conditions on Picton Road between Almond Street, Wilton and the M1 Princes Motorway to allow investigation work for the Picton Road upgrade to be carried out.
Work will include geotechnical and pavement investigations to inform the design and upgrade of Picton Road.
Investigation work may also be carried out on side roads and in rest areas.
Access to rest areas will be maintained at all times, but capacity may be reduced.
Work will be carried out Sundays to Thursdays from 8pm to 5am, Monday 24 November until Thursday 18 December.
During work, a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h and intermittent stop/slow traffic control conditions will be in place.
Some parts of Picton Road will be reduced to a single lane for both directions of traffic, with traffic control in place.
Motorists are advised to allow up to 10 minutes' additional travel time, drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
During this time, work will also be carried out Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm with minimal traffic impacts.
