M1 from Waterfall to Bulli Tops to close for 5 nights

Motorists are advised of closures on the M1 Princes Motorway between Waterfall and Bulli Tops for five nights next week for routine maintenance work.

The work will include road repairs and resurfacing, maintaining signage, vegetation clearing, repairs on safety barriers, cleaning gutters and drains, and litter collection.

The M1 Princes Motorway will be closed in both directions from the Princes Highway at Waterfall to Bulli Tops for five nights from Sunday 31 May to Thursday 4 June between 8pm and 4am, weather permitting.

A detour will be in place via the Princes Highway for all motorists and heavy vehicles up to 4.9 metres high, adding up to 10 minutes of additional travel time. Heavy vehicles over 4.9 metres high will be assisted through the work area under traffic control. 

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
