Motorists are advised of an upcoming night closure of Lawrence Hargrave Drive next week for routine maintenance.

Motorists are advised of an upcoming night closure of Lawrence Hargrave Drive next week for routine maintenance.
Work includes tree trimming, vegetation maintenance, clearing gutters and drains, maintenance of guardrails and litter collection to improve safety for motorists.
Lawrence Hargrave Drive will be closed for one night between Stonehaven Road at Stanwell Tops and Railway Crescent at Stanwell Park, between 8pm and 4am on Monday 23 February 2026, weather permitting. A section of Otford Road between Lawrence Hargrave Drive and Bald Hill Lookout will also be closed.
Detours will be in place via the M1 Princes Motorway, Bulli Pass, Otford Road and Walker Street.
Motorists should allow up to 20 minutes’ additional travel time and are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
